Coaching Staff for High Performance
This workshop will equip managers, team leaders and internal coaches with the skills, knowledge and confidence to coach individual team members to improve their own performance and confidence.
It will also give participants the opportunity to practise the GROWS model and help raise self-awareness in others, motivate and encourage self-responsibility within those being coached at work.

Objective
Upon completion of the programme, participants will be able to:
- Understand what coaching is, their role as coach and how it can contribute to maximising performance at work
- Define 'coaching’ and explain how it differs from training, mentoring and counselling
- Create a consistent methodology of coaching that increases performance and supports the company's growth
- Utilise coaching to increase business results by expanding their direct reports' potential and performance

Profile of Cidi Wee
Cidi’s 30 years of professional training and consulting practice, has provided valuable lessons of his Leadership and HR Management experience to each of his speaking, consulting and training assignments. His training is performance and result-driven, targeted at enhancing individual competency and organisational effectiveness.
Cidi has designed and delivered a wide range of programmes for both corporate and public organisations, covering subjects including leadership & management development, performance management, team development, recruitment & selection, trainer development and performance coaching. Besides, he has designed and developed Leadership and HR programmes for WSQ accreditation. He also has experience in coaching, both on a training basis and working with individuals on their development.
Cidi’s engagement has brought him to train in ASEAN, France, Japan, Hong Kong, China, Ghana, Botswana, Mauritius, Timor-Leste and the Maldives. He has also facilitated in local workshops which have been attended by both Singaporeans and foreign participants coming from Europe, Middle East, ASEAN, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Uzbekistan and Africa. His delivery approaches are pragmatic, results-driven, light-hearted, engaging, liberally sprinkled with humour and always relevant to his clients’ needs.
Cidi holds a Master of Science in Training from the University of Leicester and is trained in the area of People Development in the UK. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (UK) and is also a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management (UK).
Cidi is a Lumina Spark Qualified Practitioner, Certified People Developer Assessor (Internal) and WDA-ACTA Certified Trainer and Assessor.
